Our architectural triumph of 2013, Pacer Court in Basking Ridge, New Jersey! Pacer Court is amongst the grandest of spec homes, and is the largest project Horowitz & Sons has completed to date.  Sitting on 6.5 acres, this work of art features a gorgeous bluestone front, exquisite trimwork, gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances, 5 bedrooms, 7.1 baths , an office and home theater; but it’s most essential feature is the spectacular attention to detail throughout.  We pride ourselves on our attentiveness to detail to make sure that whether we are designing a small kitchen, or an 8000 square foot home that the quality of the finished product is absolutely remarkable.  I’ve included some of the highlight pictures we took last summer, as this home closed in November 2013 for $1,830,000.  More pictures upon request.  Let us know what you think!
